charming stay

i was charmed by the seamless check-in process , and the staff were so cute. the room was spacious with a lovely beach view and very quiet. i was especially delighted by the breakfast choices, it included sparkling wine, a special touch. the beach and pool were clean and relaxing.
i was shocked to discover dirt and algae in the sealed drinking water, it was provided in the rooms. i found the hotel team's approach to this complaint very casual , which i think they can improve.

the staff displayed really good attentiveness and friendliness , a great dedication to guest satisfaction. they offered warm welcomes and seamless assistance throughout my stay. the team's professionalism contributed positively to the overall experience .

great varietyquality foodscenic view
My room was super spacious and clean. breakfast had great variety and good quality food. the swimming pools are large and very well maintained. this place is a very nice and very quiet resort. I strongly recommend it if you want a scenic view.
the pool bar was the worst i ever have seen. i asked for coffee and i got a beer instead!
